The indoor pool was lovely, but the elevator was frustratingly slow.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly helpful during my stay. My late check-out made a long wait for my flight more comfortable.

I appreciated the spaciousness of my Standard King Room, which provided a comfortable workspace. The breakfast on the 22nd floor was a highlight, offering a diverse selection of dishes along with stunning views of the city skyline. Quick room service further enhanced my experience.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The breakfast on the 22nd floor with a view of the Kuwait Towers was breathtaking. We also enjoyed relaxing at the indoor pool and working out at the fitness center. The staff was polite and allowed us early check-in, which was a huge plus.

Unfortunately, I faced an unpleasant experience with the elevator. It took an excessive time to descend, and I encountered a sign saying it was out of order, which was quite frustrating.
